We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly register or collect any Personal Information from any child under the age of 13. Despite our best efforts, no internet transmission or cloud storage system is 100% secure. JINUSHI shall not be held liable if a third party illegally obtains your Personal Information that was submitted to or otherwise collected by us.

12. California Residents

JINUSHI has not disclosed personal information to third parties for third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Site.
